Bahama Mama!

Great news!!
Eric and I have booked our Honeymoon!

We're going to the Bahamas!
We will be staying for 5 days at the Sandal's Royal Bahamian Resort, which is located 3 miles from Nassau-- the Bahama's capital city. We are staying in a Villa Suite in the resort's Royal Village, located a short walk behind the main part of the resort in a plush tropical area that is more private and excluded. Since the Villa Suite is one of their premiere rooms, we will have 24-hour Personal Butler Service, Rolls Royce Transportation to-and-from the airport, and complimentary dinner reservations at Gordon's (a floating restraunt on a pier which is only "all inclusive" for guests staying in peremiere rooms). Also, since we have upgraded to a Honeymoon Package, we will have champagne and fruit in the Rolls when we are picked up from the airport, a private photo session on the beach, an ocean front candle-lit dinner, couples massages at the Resort's Red Lane Spa, and more! We couldn't be more excited!! To top it all off, my mom let us book first class flights with American Airlines using her flyer miles! That saved us a pretty penny-- and first class will be such a nice treat!
Here are some pictures from the Resort's website...

Invitations are here!!

I'm so excited!! I just picked up our wedding invitations at
and they look absolutely stunning!
I couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out!
The colors, the edge painting, the fonts...
everything looks completely perfect and beautiful!

They came in beautiful teal boxes from Smock press,
and each bundle was wrapped like a present in
pretty pink paper.

The words & floral design are pressed into
recycled bamboo paper.
{Bamboo paper has the most incredible texture.}

The edge of each piece is hand painted gold.
{Such an intricate detail that really makes them
extra special.}

There are outer and inner envelopes.
Only the outer envelope is pressed
with a return address and floral design.

The response card is a post card.
{This was a much more cost efficient option!!}

Take a peek...
{and enjoy!}
